You Have Not Lost Your Way. You Have Lost a Life That No Longer Fits.

Thirty years of building. Then everything shifted.

What I did not know, standing in that in-between, was that the disorientation I felt was not a sign that something had gone wrong.

It was the necessary experience of separating who I am from the roles I had carried for decades — executive, business owner, wife. Roles that had been real and meaningful. Roles that were no longer the whole of me.

I sat with that longer than anyone around me thought I should. I took my first solo trip, terrified. I leaned into faith, choosing trust over strategy for the first time in thirty years. I let what needed to end, end.

And slowly, I found my way back. Not to the woman I had been. To something more integrated. More mine.

That walk, through the in-between and out the other side,  is where my deepest authority lives. The certifications came alongside it. The lived experience came first.

My Approach: Strategy Meets Soul

Not strategy without the inner work.  Not soul without the clarity to act. Both. Together.

Thirty years of executive leadership taught me how to think through complexity and make hard decisions. Rebuilding my own life after loss taught me that the inner work cannot be skipped or rushed. Strategy Meets Soul is what happens when both are honored.

Holistic Integration — I honor what has been while creating space for what is next. The ending, the grief, the uncertainty — all of it is part of the path, not an obstacle to it.

Compassionate Accountability — I hold steady beside you. Present. Honest. Unhurried. I will name what I see and hold what you are carrying, without pressure to move before you are ready.

Personalized Pathways — There is no single blueprint for navigating the in-between. Your turning point, your timeline, your next chapter — my work meets you where you are.

Sustainable Transformation — The goal is not performance. It is integration. A genuine next chapter is one that holds from the inside.

My Mission & Core Values

My work exists for accomplished women 45–65, women still leading, still performing, still holding everything together, who are privately navigating the in-between alone.

They have not lost their way. They have lost a life that no longer fits. And that is a different thing entirely.

I walk alongside them as they separate who they are from the roles they carried, rebuild their internal steadiness, and find their footing again, and from that steadiness, step into what is genuinely theirs"

What guides that walk: honesty over comfort, presence over prescription, and the belief that meaningful next chapters are possible, not despite what has ended, but because of what it has opened.

A Little More About Me

I’m a proud mom, an explorer at heart, and someone who finds joy in the simple things—travel, nature, tennis, yoga, meditation, and cooking for the people I love. My Basenji pup has been my loyal adventure companion and a daily reminder to stay curious and present.
