Caring for a loved one through mental-health challenges can feel isolating and exhausting.
The Caregiver Resilience Circle is a 6-week guided group experience (maximum 8 women) created to help you restore balance, rebuild emotional strength, and feel supported by others who truly understand this journey.
Each week, we’ll meet for a 90-minute live Zoom session that blends guided practices, meaningful reflection, and heartfelt group discussion. You’ll walk away with new insights, grounded tools you can use right away—for both yourself and the person you love—and the comfort of knowing you don’t have to navigate this alone.
